“When is the preorder going live? I can't get into contact with Best Buy over the phone or on live chat. Everywhere says today 09/22 11AM EST but its still not live :(”

Due to record-breaking demand, Xbox Series X|S consoles may not currently be available. If you have not been able to pre-order, be sure to check back with Best Buy. We expect more consoles to be available November 10th.
