Happened to be too. Call Best Buy, first guy I talked to said there's a glitch and he transferred me to their "pre order" department to complete my order. Talked to their "pre order" department and he said he couldn't complete my order and I had to complete it online. I explained to him what the issue is and he just said "well we're sold out then." How is some people had this issues and others didn't?
