With all the scalpers using automated script, it may be best to just wait until the new year. This time of year is difficult, because the scalpers realize the high demand, and a lot of people are willing to pay over MSRP. But in 3-6 months, I think you’ll be able to walk into most stores and buy one without hassle

Pre-orders ended a while ago so there will be no more pre-orders so you will just have to get lucky and keep checking back to see if these go in stock again so you can buy one.
