The correct answer is never cause bestbuy is absolutely unorganized. And their elite memberships are absolutely useless. Waste of time trying to make my purchase on this website

Doesn't really matter when because they screwed it up just like they did the PS5 preorders. Was able to get to the point where I had it in my cart and ready to check out. Tried to check out over and over for about an hour only for it to finally decide they were sold out. Why was the one I put in the cart at the beginning reserved? Maybe because these corporations still think that artificial scarcity really helps their sales. All it does is anger off fans who took the time to be ready to preorder only for them to be denied because the site could not handle the traffic.

Apparently, pre-orders don't go on sale at 11am EST or 8am PT because the website has been showing Coming Soon for the past hour.

Apparently you cant pre-order! Even if you have the item in your cart, select a location that shows it in stock, and attempt to checkout. Nope. No pre-ordering!

It did not start at 11 PST and from there it was a nightmare. Got one in my cart but was never able to buy it. Keep getting system error comment from them and then they just cleaned my cart out.

It let me click preorder, it put it in my cart, the checkout page kept crashing. It finally let me go to the page for payment then told me sold out and removed it from my cart. Good Luck guys
