“why am I seeing "Coming Soon" when attempting to pre-order this item? been refreshing since 10:45am, and still have seen anything other than "Coming Soon". Did I do something wrong?”

Due to record-breaking demand, Xbox Series X|S consoles may not currently be available. If you have not been able to pre-order, be sure to check back with Best Buy. We expect more consoles to be available November 10th.
