Microsoft outreach team answers are a joke. As one of the very first XBOX live users 2002 no interruptions since I am disappointed. Why don't you admit it was only a hit for bot scalpers and not gamers. Many of us were constantly online for hours here for this. We were screwed by bots. Demand was by bots..

Due to record-breaking demand, Xbox Series X|S consoles may not currently be available. If you have not been able to pre-order, be sure to check back with Best Buy. We expect more consoles to be available November 10th.

Considering in store at GameStop and Walmart are going to be less than 10 total of the X and S combined, it’s looking like that will be the case in store everywhere so it’s pretty much going to be a free for all unless you preorder online.
