• Due to record-breaking demand, Xbox Series X|S consoles may not currently be available. If you have not been able to pre-order, be sure to check back with Best Buy. We expect more consoles to be available November 10th.

• Same here on phone with customer service but its not looking good. Best buy drop the ball
