“Why is Bestbuy offering preorders on Xbox Series X knowing that their was not intent to follow through. Horrible and bad business practice. Your web page did not work at all. Why wasn’t the process done like previous models? Makes BESTBUY look bad.”

Yeah.... seems like you haven’t been involved in many releases like this. After multiple attempts (40 min) of refreshing and spamming a button you would be able to get it. It happens though, not everyone is patient, but I guess that’s why some people got a preorder (me and literally every one of my friends) and some people didn’t (the one raging in the ask a question section)
