“I have been trying to order an xbox x since 11a EST. It still says "coming soon." What is going on? I tried to chat with an agent and that didn't work either.”

Due to record-breaking demand, Xbox Series X|S consoles may not currently be available. If you have not been able to pre-order, be sure to check back with Best Buy. We expect more consoles to be available November 10th.
