• No, this lock does not work with Xfinity. The Yale Assure Lock with Zigbee works with Xfinity.

• Works with Xfinity for me, but needs August module for wifi connection. Automatic unlocking is intermittent and seems to depend on strength of wifi and bluetooth when approaching door. Would probably work better in a single story residence or at least if wifi gateway near the door. Instruction manual in very small typeface and difficult to read without magnifier.
