Yes it will indeed. 8K is the new buzzword marketing term for something that's hardly ever seen (no 8K content here). There's also issues with the 2.1 ports not offering a high enough bandwidth to support it. No word on fixes or replacements either. A trickle of brand new receivers are coming out now, but I'm waiting until all of these issues are settled.
