Two parts to this question; 1) HDMI 2.0 doesn’t support 4K @ 120hz, so that maximum won’t be possible. You can theoretically get something like 1440p @ 120hz over HDMI 2.0. 2) If your TV supports VRR, you should be able to use it all the way up to what HDMI 2.0 supports.
