The corners do lift off. I found I have to replace mine every 2-3 months. You can register them for warranty on Zagg. They used to charge only $4.95 S & H, but when I last requested a replacement for my cracked iPhone screen, I noted the replacement warranty price increased to $10. That's ok for the iPhone screen which is more expensive to buy, but hardly worth it for the watch which costs $14.95.

If you register with zagg, they send you a replacement, but you have to pay for the shipping cost.

It is replaceable through the company. You have to send it in. Otherwise if you had the store install and have total tech you have an in store warranty.
