“I have these cameras installed inside my house facing outside and they work great in daylight. At night, they pick up any motion, but when I view from my app, the image is very dark. I've turned a light on outside and it doesn't help. Any suggestions?”

If there is good lighting outside it will be fine but you have to turn off the night vision or you just get dark reflection off the glass in front of it

Please try again later.Ukpeanut, If the cameras are pointed directly at a light source or looking through a window there will be a glare, adjust the camera location accordingly. Our intelligent motion detection and alert algorithms decide which motion is meaningful and determines if you should be alerted to avoid false and overwhelming alerts. So motion alerts really depend on the environment the cameras are in, if they are in an area with constant motion it will not receive the cooldown needed to trigger another alert.
