The quality of the video is great. We have this in our front porch even though it says it is an inside camera. I get alerts on my phone when it detects motion so I can always see if there is someone at the front door. The 2 way speaker system isnt that great though.. its hard for the person standing at the camera to hear me, thats why I gave this 4 stars. Its definitely a steal at $39.99 though and would recommend this. I am going to buy another one for the backyard area as well.

This is an excellent basic camera. Setup is quick and easy with the meShare app. Video quality is very good, although less so on night vision, which is probably to be expected. At first I thought I had a problem when the camera would regularly go off line. After a call to Zmodo customer support, I learned it's not best to use an extension cord to power the camera, as I did while trying different camera locations . Apparently the camera is sensitive to slight variations in voltage that can occur with an extension cord, power strip, or surge protector. After plugging directly into a receptacle, no problems.

I bought this as an are on to my wired security system. There are small blind spots that need periodic monitoring. I figured small wireless would do the trick. This camera is just that small, wireless and inexpensive. The picture a quality a is pretty good and there's a nice field of vision. The app is pretty simple but the push notifications are inconsistent to non existent. The clips are very short. It's also not tiny so there's no hiding it. As a camera I can move from place to place and connect to from anywhere it gets the job done.

This cam is 720p and automatically adjusts from color to black & white when not enough light is present, and then to night vision when even less light is present. Setup is easy and use of free phone app and browser-based computer app is intuitive.

It has great Pic,they only down side is that when you trying to listen through the App it has Xtra noise coming from the Mic,customer service over the phone was not able to fix it,

I have several of these around my property. My tenant says my property is like Fort Knox. I have them inside and outside of my home and with the app on my smartphone I’m able to monitor at home or away. Just added a doorbell camera by zmodo as well and it’s all on one app. Good for monitoring elderly as I do with Dad when I’m at work. Company security systems can cost you a small fortune and don’t allow for much coverage. Especially during the holidays when you’re expecting packages...Having these small cameras is awesome

I got this camera to keep an eye on pets while away at work. The picture quality is very good. The wide angle covers a huge portion of my backyard. I can get live time on mobile device and on my computer. Fairly easy hook up to wifi. Although it is not rated for outdoor use, I built a dome around it and it works great! OVERALL GREAT

i have not tried recording but it would have gotten 5 stars if there was a slot to add sd card for storing recordings, however great for when detects movement you can watch live audio and video as well as talk through the camera. it didnt always catch every motion alert because i know movement occured but i never got alert also a plus was that it took a few snapshots of the motion detection

Very good price. Easy to install. App was free. Only downfall with the free app is nothing over 24 hours saves. Pictures quite clear for such a small camera.

I have a few different cameras that I use including a CCTV system and this camera is better than all of them. There is no extensive configurations with wizards and port forwarding. Very easy setup and functionality. To put it simple so far I've purchased 6 of them "so far". Great cameras!

This camera gives excellent viewing with quality flexibility. The speaker and mic options are an added plus since I was not purchasing for that reason. Setup is really quick and easy and I haven't had an issue with the 4 that I have so far. Great product!

Fairly easy to step up if you know what you are doing. Good quality, good picture, awesome night vision view. Only fault is no external card so if you want to save something, you have to screen capture it or pay for their cloud service (no choice on using your own cloud storage provider).

Easy install and good quality for the price. My third and fourth for the house.

I bought this camera so I could keep an eye on my dog when I'm not home. The price was great and it was very easy to set up. it has a wide view so I can see the entire living room and hallway with one camera.

It's a good clear camera not a wide range to capture. Would need another one to do so

Bought this as a starter camera just to play around with it. It is actually pretty good, and when you get the app it is good to have as a check in camera

This is a mini wonder of a camera. The speaker is loud and clear. The Mic is not as loud and strong. Pix quality is bright and sharp. The alerts are not consistent. Sometimes it picks me out, sometimes it doesn't. Haven't figured it out why. That is why it got 4 stars. The camera is above the front door, outside, under a covered entryway. No problem connecting to internet. Works fine.:-)
