• It. The camera connects to your home WiFi and can be viewed on your phone or tablet. Unfortunately it still has to be plugged in for power. Maybe they will eventually come up with a battery adapter one day

• The plugged in part of this product is for a power source only, and has nothing to do with being wireless. The link between this unit and external devices are what is considered wireless.
