As far as I know, it will only record if you have a subscription plan that is stored on Zmodo/MeShare server.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Because of the low price, this camera it's not designed to be a recording camera and is meant for quick, easy, smartphone viewing. You can record from it if you already have a Zmodo NVR and add this camera to your network. We have the ZM-SH721-SD on this site that comes with an SD card that you can record on for 2 weeks (approximately) before it starts recording over previous footage, so that might be the best option for you.
