• Are you using a Zoom recommended micro card? If the writing speed of the card you are using is too slow the device will stop recording.

• Alkaline batteries do not last long gone at all. I'm not saying this is the answer to your problem, but I used the camera with a 5v phone charger at a show the other night and had a solid 2hrs of recording at 1080p and 96hz 30fps. I have some lithium batteries as backup that haven't tried yet.
