Cute Anime Diablo
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is a rouge-lite game with a fun, albiet shallow story. There are tons of unique weapons to collect, I have barely scratched the surface! There is a local co-op mode if you want to play with a friend as well! I don't really play a ton of games like this, so for me the difficulty is really balanced, but if you are a hardcore Diablo player, you may find this to be too easy. If you are looking for a light hack and slash game with a cute anime aesthetic, this is the game for you!

Fast moving back and slash
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There's a lot to say that is good about this game. It has beautiful artwork. The controls are fluid and sharp. There are tons of weapons with different fighting styles. The upgrade system is simple to understand and rewarding. If the developers had made an action-RPG I would have been very happy. I think I just don't like "rogue-like" games. You *will* lose, many times. Every time, you start back at the beginning. The only things you keep are your upgrades. Armor/extra health are not options for upgrades. Only attack. You will sink or swim by developing your skill alone. Good luck.

Nicalis Does it Again
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The easiest way for me to describe this game in general, is that it's a callback to top-down arcade style dungeon crawling. Except of being dark and grungy, it's full of color and rather playful when it comes to the script. There are some rpg elements in it but not enough to really make you think hard about a decision. Nicalis in general has to be praised for their work since their first run of these games give you physical rewards. Not only is there a physical manual but the other goodies included are nice to see as well. Usually physical rewards are limited to a collector's edition.

Fun for a while
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.RemiLore is a fun game, for a while. It stops being fun when you die and have to go back to the beginning. So far I haven't made it past the first act. I keep dying at the boss battle. I enjoy the game for the most part, but having to start at the beginning is incredibly frustrating. I do like that there are a ton of weapons to collect. I also like the humor and the story. Another good thing is the map layout and rooms change with each playthrough. That keeps it a but fresh when you have to start over. Despite being frustrating, I think this is a good game worth playing.

Awesome game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The game is so awesome. I like the procedurally generated dungeons. The artwork and the graphics are great. I am enjoying my play through. It only has local co-op which is a shame. But I highly recommend it. You can use different weapon types, spells and upgrade items. Give this game a chance.

Fun, albeit short, action RPG
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.RemiLore is an action RPG for the Nintendo Switch. The game play is sound, and the graphics and music are both colorful and vibrant. My only complaint is that this game feels too short. It took me four hours to complete the game. Still if you are looking for an action RPG to play, give this a try. The "launch edition" of the game also features cool bonuses inside the case as well (one being a cleaning cloth.)

what more can be said...well polish game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this is a fun game to kill time. original Japanese voice acting is on great although the conversation between characters does carry on while I try to dodge enemies attack, so unless you understand English or can read subtitles while playing you're going to miss their banters and jokes. controls are responsive and graphics are nice and sounds are good what more can be said...but a well polish game.

Fun little rogue-lite with hilarious weapons!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Game is relatively short, but that's not a bad thing in this case. There are some in-game achievements which are incentives to replay, and it's easy to do so given the length of the stages and overall game. There are fun spells in the game, but the standout here are some of the ridiculous weapons! What's better than destroying your enemies with a giant ice cream bar??
