    Needed a way for my hearing impaired mother to chat with family with out taking her hearing aids out of her ear. The Portal was just the thing to keep her in contact with family members out of town. You can adjust the volume , it's hands free and easy to navigate through.

    Mounting the bracket to the wall was straight forward, just make sure to use a stud finder and don't stress about the fact that you aren't centered over the studs. The mounting slot is long enough to span studs and they don't have to be the same distance from the center. MAKE SURE TO READ YOUR TV'S OWNER GUIDE ABOUT SCREW LENGTH. Had I used the ones provided with the kit, I may have trashed my new 4K TV. A quick trip to Lowes and $.75 in screws and I was good to go. Bracket provides good leveling adjustments.
