What I hope for is longevity of the life of the cable. This cable has held up for quite a while with no issues. It is also priced less than some of the other competitors. I hooked it to my 4k Tv and soundbar. No need to go with a more expensive one. This one does the job

I was able to essentially set up the hotel room as a home office with dual monitors using the desk and entertainment center.

I have heard conflicting "expert" advice regarding the need to purchase expensive HDMI cables. Some say it does not matter and others go through the roof explaining the need to pay more to get a better signal delivery. I still do not know if it is necessary, but the Rocketfish cable delivers excellent quality video.

I guess I viewed expensive cables as overrated items, and I still hold that view to a certain degree. The truth is cheap cables often have poor connection designs leading to cable failure down the road. Rocket Fish was a non-overpriced quality cable option. I replaced my existing cheapos and have been satisfied ever since.
