    I purchased this to view iPad & iPhone content on my TV (together with the apple connector). After reading an article on PC magazine about HDMI cables, I determined that an inexpensive one online for about $10 would meet my needs so I returned this and my online purchase is working great. I'm sure this cable works just fine, but the cheaper one meets my minimal needs.
