I will add that the service at my Best Buy was exceptional, from the Apple rep to the the very nice person who put all my accessories on. Price was great and with 12 mos. interest free,this was a great buy from Best Buy!

The apple software makes it difficult to create MS documents. I do watch movies on my IPad as well…the battery life is not so bad. It last me almost 6 movies. The volume is great, it gets pretty loud
