The process of trading in my 8th generation iPad for the refurbished 9th generation through Best Buy was extremely easy and straightforward. I chose to do the trade in-person simply because I’m a cautious person and it was maybe a 5 minute interaction. I was even credited a few extra dollars more than the amount that was estimated through the online estimator for my trade in. The refurbished 9th generation iPad works great and I’ve had no issues in the last month of owning it. This is the second time I buy a refurbished iPad from here (the first in 2020) and thankfully both times it’s been a great experience. I definitely would recommend trading in old devices as a way to eliminate E-waste and shave some of the overall price!

I was debating between the new iPad Air 5 and the iPad 9 and it really came down to one big thing - price! The iPad has everything I want and need from a tablet including a newer processor and screen and it has the pencil ability which my previous iPad lacked. I also prefer the Touch ID and the lightning connector that is the same as my iPhone. The screen is also larger and brighter than my previous iPad. The Air does have the smaller bezel and looks better but it wasn’t worth the extra cost. With the savings I was able to buy an Apple Pencil and a good case.

My wife loves this for her business. Fast, easy to use, plenty of storage and really loves the large screen.

Excellent purchase. Screen size, WiFi ability, and processing speed all excellent for my personal use. 256GB storage capability will suit my needs for years to come.
