Buying the iPad was very easy. The basis trade in was somewhat easy too. Jake who assisted us assured us that when we got home and started the setup process , all of our information would load from the iCloud. NOT THE CASE, since the find my ipad function was turned off we could not connect to the old device via the cloud. You really need to have tech support help in the store before you leave.

The iPad is the same as previous versions. It does not seem to have a longer battery life of faster response wren using.

256 mb is a must for storage. 9th generation is perfect price in lieu of the cost for the new generation stuff.

This is the 2nd one of these IPads I have bought from Best Buy. Was best price. This one was for my daughter.

Very dissatisfied with quality of purchase. I have owned 3 other versions of iPads (2 mini and one previous generation of this regular iPad model comparable to this one). ALL of my older iPads still work great. This iPad just completely stopped working within 3 months of the apple care+ expiring. The ipad only lasted for about 2 years and then one day just completely stopped working all together, with it being used in the morning and then not functional 2 hours later. It was not used for heavy work, more browsing around and apps and well cared for - not dropped, no damage, etc. We brought the iPad to the smart bar at an apple store and we were told it was simply broke and nothing more could be done, no other explanation. We were then told we would simply have to purchase a new one, no discount offered, no trade-in/recycling offered just basically you are out of luck and let me show you the newest model. Extremely disappointing given the cost of the device. My niece who I purchased for is asking for a new one for Christmas to replace this but I will be shopping other tablets due to the lack of quality given it is the last one I purchased and first one to break with no support offered. I highly recommend looking at other brand tablets that cost way less and have similar capabilities.

The iPad is nice, very pretty, clear images, but I dont see much difference compared to previous model.

Performs as expected the only issue is that Safari is not the best search engine.

Great Gift for a loving family member, perfect for this holiday season. Will definately recommend this ipad.

This 9th Gen iPad (2021) only got a few upgrades over the previous version, but is still the least expensive iPad option.

This may not be the top of the line iPad but it performs like one. For the money this is an excellent buy!

Product as expected. Geek Squad did a good job though it took a lot longer than expected.

super pricey but very responsive and continuously updated - unlike my cheaper tablets made by certain other companies.
