    Works for my son to watch videos and play on apps, but it isn't durable even with a cover and glass protector. The charging port has stopped working and we only have had this device for a year.

    The fingerprint id only works about half the time. Sometimes the button itself won’t even open it up to use the PIN number.

    Having the new IPad for over a week and it’s working very well. Using the new 15 IOS is working good and I am easily adapting to any new and updated features. So far so good. I rate a 3 for Price. I still believe it is over priced

    Before leaving the store, make them open the box and verify the item in the "sealed" box is the actual product you purchased. Or you might get stuck with a dud and a store manager accusing you of fraud and threatening to press felony charges. or better yet don't buy from bestbuy where they treat the customer like the enemy.

    I just got this ipad and the battery doesnt hold any charge. I have always had a bad experience with Apple products and conti ue to do so. Only reason i have this is for my games. I hate Apple!!!
