The iPad was as advertised. I received it in just 3 days and it was in excellent condition. I received notifications and helps in order for me to enjoy the product more fully. I recommend and will continue using using Best Buy for my tech needs.

This device is A W S O M E!!!! I bought it for my grandson because my granddaughter had the exact same one that she plays on. My goal was for them both have the same exact one so that there would be no arguments over who has what because they would have the same exact thing. Problem solved!

My 7 year old granddaughter has been using her mom's 15 year old iPad. With 256gb, this is a step up that will keep her happy for a long time. I snagged a great price for Black Friday/Cyber Monday. Can't wait to see the look on her face when she opens her gift on Christmas morning!

Just bought about 6 months ago to specifically use for music sheet music and charts for playing gigs and it has served its purpose as well as streaming other entertainment apps has been very enjoyable. I would recommend getting one if you are in the market for it.

I needed to call them to help me pull everything off my cloud, They have patience and are extremely heloful. Highly recommended. I have been using it for the last 2 months. It is simply super to use and battery life is very good.

I love this , although I my primary use is to fly a drone. I do use it for email too. I wish I knew what other options I have - I realize I can use it to edit video's but the screen is too small to see all the buttons. One thing I wish It was brighter - sometime hard to use in the sunlight

Bought to be able to get work done on trips without having to break out the laptop, my flights are usually less than 2 hours, and this is perfect. I added a keyboard case and its a tiny computer without sacrificing anything!

Been wanting a iPad for quite a while and the deal was to hard to pass up. A little step back in time, from a phone 11 Pro in functionality, however with a short learning curve, the touch id and other nuances were picked up quickly. Wish I would have done this sooner, absolutely loving it. Definitely easier to read with the larger screen.
