Easy to service the roller brushes from hair and other debris. Hardly ever got lost from charging home. Voice command from Alexa has been excellent.

Roomba is the best on the market. I tried other to save a little. Mistake. We have a long haired German Shepherd. Roombas save me from insanity.

It's ok. I like that it frees me up to do other things. But sometimes it turns & turns its self or clean the same area & I dont know why

This is my second Roomba (the first lasted 11 years of daily usage). Awesome built quality. Piece of mind, clears the whole floor twice a week, it notifies on your phone when it needs cleaning.

This vacuum does all it is said to do. It took several times for it to learn our house,. but it now covers every possible area without us needing to direct it, while it will return for recharging on its own.

Bought over a year ago and still works fantastic. Have it set to turn on before I come home so the floors are clean when I arrive. Battery last great as well

This iRobot is decent but ended up returning and getting the i7 model and it was worth the extra money.

Great at daily upkeep with crumbs/dust etc. My only complaint is that sometimes it gets stuck on the grate and it has knocked the fireplace screen over twice.

Pleasantly surprised how well this little robot vacuum picks up dust and dirt. Have 3 dogs, does a wonderful job on hair. Keeping brushes and rollers clean is a must.

Have been using it for weeks, no problem for now, the setting is very easy and convenience. Also, the performance is perfect, five stars and recommend

Can’t believe I waiting this long to purchase this gadget. Really does a great job of picking up dust, cat hair and all the little unknowns your eye can’t see.

Excellent product. This is an upgrade from our iRobot model 650. Remote access is great. This weekend we ran the Roomba while camping 100 miles away.

Doing excellent job. My girlfriend is very happy, she is freaky about dust, its doing great job in the early morning, when we wake up we see cleaned carpet.

Disappointed. The brush was bent from thr way it was packaged. It hasn't yet learned how to go back to the base, recharge and finish.

Set it up and forget about it. It's an automatic cleaning machine that does it's job exceptionally well. Can control it from your smart phone for added convenience.

The vacuum works well but the suction could be better. I sometimes have to run it twice to make sure everything is up. I use compressed air to clean the filter.

I absolutely love my Roomba. I have a dog and two cats so this device is a time saver and allows me to do other things instead of vacuuming hair all day.

This vacuum works great for picking up day to day dirt and dust on floors. Has great suction, so picks up tiny debris well. Goes over spots multiple times in higher traffic rooms.

Fine for the first 4 months, started having too many issues a day. The wheel being “stock” in the middle of the kitchen (on a flat surface) etc.

I've had this Roomba 960 for little over a month now and have concluded that it has been one of the largest wastes of money I have ever spent. While there are a couple nice things about it, the negatives greatly outweigh the positives. The positive: The Roomba does pick up dirt and dog fur (I have a shedding Husky) surprisingly well. I run it daily and am surprised to see it consistently fill up it's bin almost every time. The negatives: 1.) The Roomba consistently get's "lost" and has to be manually placed back on it's base to recharge. I live in a single floor one bedroom apartment and ensure there is ample lighting in every room while it is running. About 50% of the time I find the Roomba just stopped in the middle of the floor, sometimes within a few feet from it's base, saying that it cannot locate it's base to complete a job or recharge. I have been careful with the base placement and followed the instructions closely. 2.) While the battery life works as advertised, The unintelligent and inconsistent path the Roomba takes ensures that it cannot clean my roughly 500 square feet of open floor space without recharging, sometimes twice. What normally takes me about 10 minutes to vacuum myself takes the Roomba over 4 hours including charge time. If it followed an intelligent path as advertised and did not continuously circle back and re-vacuum the same areas multiple times it could probably finish my entire apartment in under 45 minutes. 3.) iRobot claims that the Roomba will learn your house and implement smarter cleaning paths the more times it runs, but I am seeing the exact opposite behavior. The first couple times I ran it it seemed to go OK, finishing the entire apartment in about 2:30 including 1 recharge. However, it seems to be getting dumber the more it runs, taking upwards of 4+ hours to finish as I mentioned earlier. 4.) Saving the worst for last, after about 4 weeks the Roomba has developed a horrendous squeal while running, similar to a loud bird repeatedly chirping away like a maniac. I could probably douse the thing in WD-40 and hope for the best, but should that really be necessary when you pay $500 for a device? Absolutely not. It also brings into question the durability of the unit. If it's already making such noises how long is it really going to last me? Overall, I am thoroughly disappointed with my purchase. A $500 vacuum was a bit of a tough decision for me but I thought if it gave me time back in my week it would be well worth it. Unfortunately the oversight the Roomba requires has turned out to be quite counterproductive and I've found myself spending more time "vacuuming" than ever before.
