    Horrible was sent to me in a damaged box and the exp date was covered with a sticker. I simply print 5 pages a week and low on ink w high yield after 60 pages RIP OFF AND SCAM

    I found that the store was out of the amount i wanted there were no color 64 and only one black cartridge. I ended up at target and found they are much cheaper than b buy.

    Bought this ink for my new printer, installed it and kept saying there was no cartridge in there. It was the right in for my printer. Wasted money on this then had to buy new ones.

    Bought the wrong Ink that fits our printer. There is no longer any Best Buy Stores in Liverpool so we are stuck with them.

    the color cartridge was defective the brand new printer would not recognize it as legit HP cartridge.

      Hello,

      I see you received a rejection error message. I apologize for this case. There are a few causes of this situation. If the sticker label fell off the cartridge, the computer might not recognize it. There is also the plausibility a new update rendered the cartridge obsolete. Even reinserting the cartridge might help the printer identify it. I hope your next HP experience is better.

      If you have an account on the Best Buy site you can check the status of the order to see if the order was sent in two parts. That is fairly easy, you just click "Order Status" and sign in.

      I'm not sure what the issue is, but if it is page yield, I'd advise you to try Instant Ink. The subscription plans are based on how many pages you print. You can check out the details at: HPinstantink.com

      If you got a cartridge that was defective, according to the Best Buy site's Return & Exchange Policy information:
      "If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to a Best Buy store and we'll arrange for a replacement. If you would rather return the item by mail during your return and exchange time period, please call us for special instructions at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289). We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees."

      Hi,

      I'm sorry that you didn't have a good experience with the cartridge from Best Buy. How well any cartridge will perform for you will vary according to its usage, how dry the air is, and how absorbent the paper is.

      When appropriate, use the printer's draft mode to save on both black and colored inks and consider getting Instant Ink. The subscription plans are based on how many pages you print. You can check out the details at: HPinstantink.com

      You can avoid some ink usage by turning the printer off when it is not in use. One caution about that, it is important that the printer is turned off using the power button on the printer itself. That will let the printer 'park' so that the printhead is protected from excess drying. That will cause clogs to form in the tiny nozzles that spray the ink onto the paper.

      If it ever appears that poor performance is due to a defect, please return the cartridge to the seller.
