It’s a Hand held can take anywhere and the perfect size

Let me start by saying, I loved my DS and wanted this to be a DS-like console. It was exactly that. I can play whatever games I want, but it has to be compatible with the single screen. The battery life isn't super great, but I can comfortably play games on a car ride or when I get some down time. I would suggest this for non-serious gamers or younger audiences.

This is mostly my fault, I should have read the specs before purchase. I just have a very hard time understanding why a gaming unit wouldn't have an HDMI out. I know this is a portable unit, but I enjoy traditional gaming sometimes. Well... most of the time. I figured I would just pick this up one afternoon, connect it to my TV, and play it like a console. Because everything has an HDMI out these days right? Nope. Apparently it's not on the Lite version because??? Yeah... because. I know there is a difference in graphic processors, it's pretty minimal just to add an "out" but I am aware of spec limitations. Thing is, I could honestly rock with a 1080p signal. I didn't need anything fancy. My LG G2x (a phone from 2011) had a 1080p HDMI out. 720 was all the rage back then too, so I have a hard time believing this really would have been difficult to accomplish. Anyways, I guess it's okay product. Returned the same day, didn't even use it. Honestly was pretty bummed about the lack of graphic options.

Really simple to use, perfect size for being portable but not overbearing. If you are okay with not being able to use it on a TV. This is a great option.

Love the color! Great fun and a great way to connect with my 12 year old daughter with something she loves...Animal Crossing! LOL. I think I play it more than her now. :)

Love how compact and mobile the switch lite is. It’s perfect for comfortable gaming anywhere!

More portable than the regular switch. Easy to toss in my bag for trips and take with me. I now keep my main system docked or will use it in handheld mode around the house. This is a great way to have a second more portable device or just get started into the switch lineup without dropping a higher tag. The games for switch are top notch and great quality so it's nice to know you can enjoy those games without spending the extra 100bucks.

Great birthday gift. My kid loved it and doesn’t like letting anyone use it. He’s annoying but this was a good purchase

I have the original switch and now the switch lite and I have to say I highly doubt that I will play or travel with my older one in hand anymore. The size is perfect and not to small.

My sons second Switch. Keeps him busy, and he can play Fortnite on it, so he’s happy. My son is special needs, and he can operate this with ease.
