My wife is very happy with her Roomba. The vacuuming power is amazing and the dirt disposal system is so convenient.

So far it’s working wonderfully! I hope I don’t have any problem in future! I got it fast that was awesome and amazing!

I had the room a 960 and I am absolutely loving this one. The fact that it can empty on its own is the best feature.

I am very impressed with all of the features that this i7+ Roomba has and that it can be run via a phone from afar!

Cleans the entire house nicely! Very smart and the doc help out because you don't have to empty the robot it does the job for you.

Love this Roomba, so much we picked up another one for the top floor in our house. So now we have one of these little guys taking care of the first floor and the 2nd floor. It truly gets all of those 'tiny' pieces a broom misses on hardwood floors. It's reduced the amount of time I spend sweeping the floors, sure I still need to hit the corners, but i'm not spending 30+minutes sweeping/vacuuming the 3 floors in my house. Most of the time, I can just mop the floor once its done cleaning. Definitely a time saver!

Stopped working after using just 5 times, in less than a month. Had to send back to manufacturer and get a return. Disappointing when paying so much for a highly rated product.

On 11/24 i ordered a iRobot - Roomba i7+ (7550) Wi-Fi Connected Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum - Charcoal. It's now 19 days later. Tracking shows that it was shipped on 11/24. The label was initiated but the product never shipped via Fed Ex. I have contacted Best Buy 3 different times since then, even escalating to a customer support supervisor. I have been given 3 different case numbers and been told it is the "back office" that needs to resolve this. I am not allowed to speak with the back office. I realize this is not a product review, but I do not have my product to review!!! Hopefully someone will read this and get my product shipped!

Works well. Love that it learns and maps the area so you can schedule to clean all areas or specific areas.

It was great while it was working. I had it for 7 months or so and stopped working. Can’t tell what happened since it doesn’t seem to charge and doesn’t work. I paid $240 or so for 4 year geek squad protection plan, which is biggest regret. After being at the geek squad in store and rounds of calls here is what I found. 1. Plan I purchases is only for fixing issues and not for replacement, based on my phone conversation with a supervisor at department that handles warranty issues. 2. Geek squad doesn’t fix Roomba, only can offer exchange. Catch is you have to “use” your plan so you are no longer covered by 4 year plan according to the store geek squad and customer service. So in a reality, it is not a 4 year plan. More like once time replacement within 4 year period. 3. 1 and 2 seems to be contradicting, so not sure what plan I actually purchased. 4. If I don’t want to “lose” my protection, then I need to contact manufacturer directly. Maybe it is my mistake for taking it for what it sounds like, 4 year coverage to protect your purchase. I was told that I should review and understand what I purchased. When I asked what are the issues that can be actually fixed with the plan since I’m still confused about that part when they have made zero effort to fix it, I’m told that I should look online. They can’t or unwilling to tell me but I should know it somehow. I have been elite plus for many years now and this is by far worst experience with Best Buy and I’m going to be staying away from it as much as I can from now with level of customer service I have received.

Great robot vacuum I would recommend if you are looking to get help keeping your floors clean and you don’t have time.

Works pretty good but mapping is just ok. Furniturr hasnt moved byt the roomba recently managed to get stuck under furniture and is niw all scratched up on top. After 20+ runs the roomba should be smart enough to feel the resistance and go around the obstscle. Otherwise i wouod have just paid less for an inexpensive model.
