The motor has been replaced, that did not fix the issue. We had to go thrugh several attempts to reset, clean, move, etc, before the decision was made to “send it in for repair” When we got it back, the original issue was fixed, but it would no longer dock to the base. Again with emails and phone calls, moving, cleaning, etc. It has to be returned again, since it is a “different” issue from the first, they won’t even discuss replacing it. We are currently waiting on the special box to send it in. If we had not paid so much for the thing it would be in the scrap yard right now!
