Love this thing. Saves me so much time. Really have an issues, just depends on the dogs leaving toys around.

Still seems to be having trouble learning my home and misses spots, but still enjoy using it!

Clean station makes it way better. All you need to do is change the bag once a month. plus the normal consumable robot vacuum items.

Setup takes about 10 minutes, but there is much less management effort compared to previous models. I replaced both my home and office roomba’s with this one.

Definately reccommend getting the base - if you do not then you'll constantly be emptying it and kinda defeats the purpose.

This is one of three major purchases that we made at Best Buy this year ; Security ; cleaning and entertainment. And we love this vacuum!

It’s great for light vacuums to keep up with the house although it struggles a little bit with the new carpet as it’s thicker

We upgraded from the i5 and have been very happy. We love the ability to select specific rooms to be cleaned.

Tried to like it, but just couldn't. I gave up with all the shakes, rattles and rolls. Bought a lidar based unit and couldn't go back. There are other options out there that are better for the money. I really wanted to support a US based company, but I just couldn't justify it.

Great customer service and easy exchange when I changed to a different model. Was Christmas present , so still waiting to see how well it cleans !!!

It’s been a great vacuum so far! Connecting to Alexa makes it super easy to command it at any time. No issues in setting up or functionality.

The vacuum itself worked well (for a few months) but the fact that I have now had to send it in for the same repair twice is outrageous. I've made call after call with iRobot support resetting the robot, taking pictures and videos of the problem, moving it room to room, only to continue to get the same error. They finally told me they would repair it, but made me pay for the box and packaging (not an issue if you had those things already). After over a week, I got the vacuum back, set everything back up in the app and ran it through my house to learn the rooms again. Just a few days after it was returned, I started getting the same error as before. I called to tell them of the issue and they told me I had to send the unit back in for another repair. So within the last month, it has successfully cleaned my home one time. The vacuum did work well at first which is why I'm not giving it one star. The problem is that parts and filters get expensive quick and even with brand new rollers, it still pushed my dogs hair from room to room as opposed to picking it up. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this vacuum and in no way would ever recommend that anyone purchase an iRobot product. I expected much better from a $1,000 vacuum.
