Well built. Packaged security and easy to assemble. Setup was a little protracted as the unit learned the house and created its maps of the rooms. Took some time to properly map and code room names. Scheduling cleanup routines straight forward. And multi and single room schedules easy to set up. Still learning features and performance.

Great for small clean ups. I like that you can program it to clean certain areas.

This is great. No more need for vacuuming. It works as advertised. It is not great in corners, but actually better than I expected. Some areas have to be done more than once, but who cares as the unit seems to recognize the need. It has a problem with very light weight throw rugs, but handles most rugs with ease. I will probably be getting a second one for the second floor.

This was a gift for my daughter and she is ecstatic with its performance. Easy to set up and use and does a great job.

Great product! The best Roomba to date! The auto-map feature is amazingly scary good. With the Auto-empty and charge station, this is truly automated vacuuming. Gets the floor clean and entertaining to watch. I have to say that with this product, it’s now more than OK to get your wife a vacuum for her birthday! Mine loves is, and has relieved a is a little more stress free. If the price was 25% less, it would for sure be a 5 star product.

“Robbie” has been working very well. I’ve not used all of the features such as pre programming cleaning times but like setting up zones for cleaning. We have two full sized Aussies that shed badly so Robbie has his work cut out for him and the automatic dirt dump is a must have. It will dump at least once while cleaning the living area. Before Robbie we’d have huge amounts of dog hair daily along the edges of the room. This saves us lots of time.

Had it for a week now, and seems to be doing great, we have not experienced any of the issues from the initially released software, so I believe the update has worked as intended. It has mapped the house (highly recommend using the “training” vs “clean” mode while mapping), and is now very efficient in the routes it takes.

Great robot vacuum! The app makes it very simple to define the rooms and adequately clean them.

Vacuum works great so far with 2 dogs. Noticeably less hair, curious to see long term.

I only got this robot to keep the house clean during the week since I literally work 12 hour shift and my dog sheds alottttt!!!!! (Don’t worry my mom watches my fur babies) LOL. But it does the job and when I do my weekend deep cleanings where I sweep and mop I do notice a HUGE difference for sure as to where before I’d pick up lots of dog hair and lots of dust bunnies... now it’s wayyy less... honestly worth the money and I recommend to those who have pets for sure!

No, it’s not going to perfectly clean an inside corner. But it’s going to get under the coffee table, under the bed, beneath the desk, etc. IT cleans the living room and dinning room wHike I cook dinner. It’s cleans the kitchen while I veg on the couch after dinner. It empties itself and charges itself. With the app installed, I can control it with my phone. Bought one as a house warming gift for my sister. Love it.

Much better than the i3 which I returned because it was randomly cleaning places and would repeatedly go over the same area. The biggest feature of the i7 is that it maps out your home where you can set up no clean zones and label rooms accordingly to where you want it to clean on demand. Very customizable and flexible. Highly recommend with this model even though its a bit higher on price.

Excellent purchase, that solved our problem with dog hair

My second Roomba, love the self emptying function, the barriers and self mapping functions are perfect.

This thing is life-changing. We have 2 dogs and a cat, and this little guy does a fantastic job of picking up the fur. The smart maps work perfectly, and it cleans very well along the edges and baseboards. I do have to pick up my kitchen rugs before running or the robot will sometimes drag them around, but it has no problem with the area rugs. Worth every penny, wish I'd bought one years ago.

Navigation is perfect. Having base station auto clean out robot is a godsend and make it truly automatic. Had Neato D7 and had to return it. D7 navigation is horrible. D7 kept getting stuck. Once D7 is manually moved, it will not go back to the base station, No problems with i7. Even when you move it, it still easily finds its way back home. Pricey, but has best features out there.

I was a little afraid when I bought the iRobot - Roomba i7+ 7550 App-Controlled Self-Charging Robot Vacuum with Automatic Dirt Disposal - Charcoal because I have clutter and lots of furniture, but my fears were for nought. I only have one spot where it gets stuck and that I believe is because the top of the space is uneven. She can get in but can't get out I use it when I have a lot of chores to do and it goes all day cleaning, emptying and re-charging. Does a great job.

Very great purchase. Easy to use. Basically runs itself. Set it and forget it.
