It's pretty great. it can get stuck occasionally and its mapping function isn't perfect, but it goes where you tell it by and large, and it vacuums pretty well.

The is the best robot vacuum on the market. The automatic dirt disposal works great. The only complaint is the battery does not last that long and the rubber rollers create clumps of carpet that the vacuum does not pick up.

Great cleaner. I rely on it for weekly cleaning, now I use my time to clean home rather than just floor, keep my sim busy making way for Rhoomba.

I love my Roomba unit. I have a large hairy malamute and this vacuum works great for keeping his hair at Bay. I also love how it will empty itself. Very helpful. I would recommend this unit to everyone.

We have lots of dog hair. Normally a Roomba would stop working after 10 minutes because the dust bin is full. But not the i7+. It just goes back to it's dock, dumps the trash, and goes right back to work. Impressive!!!

We have 2 dogs that shed a lot and this is perfect. Works great like the fact we can have it do separate rooms when ever we want. Great product would recommend to anyone with animals.

The unit quit working less than 1 month after purchasing it. I tried getting the issue rectified through iRobot but I think you can imagine how that's turned out. After explaining numerous times that the unit would run around but the vacuum motor was not running and nothing was being picked up. There only solution is to send me new brushes to replace the brand new brushes that it currently has. No amount of discussion would bring about any other help. I provided iRobot the information, pictures etc. they requested and I have never heard back. I had a Deebot unit prior to this and that thing ran without a single problem for 3 years so I will be chalking this up to a very expensive learning experience, throwing the iRobot away and finding another Deebot to buy. My only recourse is to hopefully stop as many people as I can from experiencing the same poor quality products and lack of any help with the issue.

Bought this for my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas. They have a chocolate lab and said this is doing a good job with the massive amounts of dog hair!

Does a fantastic job cleaning up our German Shepherd's hair and all the other debris of day to day life on our hardwood floors. The mapping software is great and allows you to clean any room you want. No complaints so far!

Took about a week to learn the floor plan of our home and come out of training mode. Now it’s great! Love that it goes to work; returns to base to empty trash or to recharge and will go back out and finish the job.

We absolutely love this product!! The Roomba does everything we need. It rarely gets stuck or needs assistance. We have lots of furniture and two dogs. Roomba does the job everytime!!

Maybe it was the mix of flooring types in my house but this roomba had a hard time completing the map. The app constantly crashed after trying to automate the tasks to the point where I had to re-start the mapping from scratch (which takes hours). All in all, it became very frustrating to see the vacuum only cover the same areas over and over again - ended up returning it. The actual cleaning function was good but the software was not. Has potential.

No beating around the bush this does exactly what it's supposed to do every day and with great efficiency especially if you owned animals that shed.

I can’t live without this product. It’s so amazing I am lost for words and truly has surpassed my expectations on how well it does clean and how easy it is to clean. Highly recommended trust me you won’t be disappointed.

This was a gift for my mom. She had an older version that got stuck and went all over the place. She says this one is so much better. No issues and hasn’t gotten stuck on her rugs.

If you like smart tech, this is for you. It will learn your house, room by room and if you accompany it with the mop, they will work together to keep your home spotless.

This product is amazing! I have used other Roomba products but this one having an app to start it from and having a disposal for daily pick up trash to be dumped into is amazing!

this is an amazing product, it just keep our house clean. one challenge is to programme if your house is cluttered (which is our case). You just need to clear the floor for better results.

It’s our 1st time buying this product and we were surprised by the performance. It’s app is so user friendly as we can schedule different rooms clean while we are away. Great product to own

I absolutely love this. It helps me so much. I have a 10 month old and he tends to find the smallest things and put it in his mouth. Ever since we start using this he hasn’t found anything.
