Love this printer, which I purchased on sale (half off!) for working from home because it allows printing on both sides of paper automatically; no need to flip paper manually.

Very handy to have all in one printer at home, and got it on a discounted price.

The printer works ok, however, it's terrible as a networked printer. It constantly falls off the network and I have to completely wipe the network settings and re-install them. It prints decent, what I would expect for the price point. But anything outside of that...save your money.

Easy set up, was able to add all our phones, computers, and iPads to be able to print. Epson is a good product

I always have issues with printers and have used HP in the past so figured I'd go with Epson. Unfortunately I'm met with issues here as well...streaks...

Had an Epson several years ago that was very good which influenced my purchase of this unit. Same good quality experience as with the old one. Definitely recommend.

I've used Epson printers (WF series) for years and loved them, but XP7100 changed my mind. First of all, the time on the printer cannot be changed so all the files that you scan and save to the printer will have the same date. Even Best Buy associates and Epson help desk were surprised by that. After a while computers/phones would not be able to connect to the print via WIFI. You have to reboot the printer to get the connection back. The ink is also expensive. One ream of paper would last me about 4 months, but the cost of ink already the same as or exceed the price of the printer. The touch screen is not accurate while some user interface has small buttons so you'll miss them and get frustrated at times.

I was not able to install this printer myself and hook it up to my Dell computer. So complicated...

The older I get the harder it is to set things up , but after a little time I got it and I love it. The fact that it has a card reader built in was a plus.

Excellent. No sign up or subscription required like HP. Buy it. It's great.

Had to replace my old hp all in one as the print head would not clean up. Works great except for the cost of ink.

So far, am not happy with this printer. I have not done much printing with it. It is meant for photos I believe. I haven't done much color printing but it guzzles the ink. I don't think the sales person was in touch with my needs when he helped me select a printer. But I have been told that if I update the firmware, the problem may resolve. I love the construction of the printer. I feel it is exceptionally well made compared to my last 2 printers. It feels solid and I have really wanted it to work. I do hope to use it more creatively but am concerned about the ink guzzling. I think the settings are very complicated but maybe its ok if you are using it for creative work.

The printer works as advertised. Envelope printing is easy with the rear feed chute.

Love my printer, easy to connect by bluetooth and print off my phone.

The paper slot is not big enough. Very cheaply made printer. Not very happy with the quality. The employee in this area did not have knowledge of printer and was very little help.

Excellent but I have had so many problems trying to have geek squad connect printer to computer n Vice verse. They have been excellent in helping me.

Reasonable for all it’s supposed to do. Still a lot to figure out, but I will eventually get it done.
