I check the paper, it’s not out. I add some more paper. Same error. I troubleshoot: turn off/on, fan the paper, remove the roller cartridge, clean the heads, etc. Same stupid error. After a few hours with no luck, I go to the library and print. The next day, the printer starts to randomly print. I had the same issue with the ink cartridge. The biggest print is 8 x 10. I’m going back to HP printers.

Even with the HP disc, I could not get the scanning to work. I finally signed up for technical support from Geek Guys and he was able to get it to work, do far.

After that it won't connect to the WIFI. it is a HUGE process to get it to work again. Happens each time is goes to sleep. I have have 4 Epson printers before this and this will be my last one.

Epson printer constantly dropping offline

But, I am rating this printer as a no buy, because of one issue, the constant issue of the printer going offline. Epson printer support uses the excuse that it is your network that is the issue not the printer. Not so, there are many posts about this offline issue and it is obvious that Epson has not made and effort to update their middleware to compensate for the issue.

Tried multiple apps to no avail. It constantly says it is out of paper (when its not). Now it says there is a paper jam (when there is not). Such a piece of junk. Im returning it and grab an HP or something.
