We replaced our ‘vintage’ Epson with this new model and are extremely happy with its performance. Installation and setup was a breeze even for a senior like myself. Printouts are clean and crisp and the scanner works great. We haven’t printed a photo yet but don’t expect it to be a problem.

The Epson printer has caused a lot of problems and I had to have a service call to straighten it out. It was only delivered last week, yet I had to pay for the service call ($100). When it does print, it produces a nice clear result, but I have very little confidence in it!

After 3 tries, the last is the charm. Make sure you contact Epson Support and update all your drivers and contact Microsoft. Had to quickly replace my Epson 830, when it reached the end of its life--the printer pad, and being laid off prior to the "plandemic" shutdown.

I love this printer. I like most have to work from home and this printer really does the job as I need to scan, print and copy a lot. It prints clear and when you scan it comes out great. I also love that it is wireless and I can print from my phone.

Set up was easy. I like the streamlined profile for my small home office. Print speed is appropriate for home use. I purchased it in part because it had sheet feed scanning and duplex printing. I have only had it a month. But so far I am still very happy!

So far so good. I just bought it a few weeks ago and it is working fine. Ask me in a year.

It was easy to install and quite easy to use. Probably the best printer for the money paid.

I love the Epson printers especially for photos. We ended up not using wireless printing cuz we had some issues with our connection. It works fine so far.

Very challenging to set up. I prefer HP products as they are very user friendly compared to this item.

For a non-tech person, it took me quite a while to set this up. But by phone, with an excellent and very patient EPSON support person, I was finally successful and the printer is doing its job just fine.

Great all around printer! Purchased as a new freelance artist and this can handle all my artwork scans. It produces solid prints at sale worthy quality. A good photo paper helps tremendously!

So far, this is a terrific printer, and the ordering and pickup were quite easy. Was hoping it’d be on sale, but it was the one I decided on, so no such luck.

Printer seems to be fine, but my experience is that it eats ink. I don't print a lot, but it always seems like I'm being asked to replace a cartridge. The print qualify is very good and I like the printer, except for the ink situation.

I bought this to replace the older Epson that broke on me. This printer has faster scanner speed. I use the printer mostly to scan so I’m happy with this product. This printer only holds 100 sheets that make the printer shorter (instead of taller), which I also like because I hardly print.

Easy setup, easy use. Was a breeze to setup, not super fast but it prints very well and instructions were clear. Would recommend

My old printer broke down decided to get this one was a decent value and is wifi capable whoch is nice to print from my phone

This printer does copying, scanning, and printing in black and white and color crisply and quickly. I am quite satisfied.

I was a little worried because I got such a great price, but it prints well, several pages at a time, and can print front and back. Love this printer.

Good Printer. It was a breeze to set up and get printouts. Airplay worked without issue. I was able to get my MacBook, iPad, and iPhone to print as soon as it was set up. A total of 5-7 minutes to set up. The photo printouts are pretty good as well.

This is my second Epson after giving up on HP. Prints and scans well and ink appears to be a good value so far after 3 months. Cool opening mechanism when printing but worried function won't last.
