But so far the quality is really nice. It took a bit to set up (MAC desktop) but one just needs to be patient and you’ll get it! Was a bit larger than I wanted but the quality made up for it. Ordering was easy and got it in 2 days so that was great along with the price.

Awful software, very tempremental

The HP smart software is awful, it loses connection all the time (nothing else drops on the network), I have to remove and reinsert ink cartridges 10+ times whenever I change the ink. I would avoid this at all costs. I should have looked it up before purchasing as all of these issues are well known

It's prints fast and good quality even in color. My only issue so far is getting the scan and fax features to work correctly as I did with my previous HP Officejet 8620 but maybe with some more tinkering around I will figure it out.

Most frustratingly is the Ink purchase program. you end up paying a subscription for each page printed. I have spend more money on extra pages printed over my subscription that I would have paid just refilling ink on my own. It is a bad a flawed penny stealing system. I am about to throw it away and go back to a normal buy ink when I need it printer.

Decent print quality

How ever the HP smart up and the WiFi network setup is very easy (more so than the canons) . Although previous experience with the awful canon printers and their terrible customer service and bogus pricing and set the bar rather low
