Stuck with an HP, because my previous Copier/Scanner/Fax worked great! The quality of the copies are fine. But the automatic feeder is terrible! When scanning or copying It cuts off the top portion of the copy. It just stops feeding and copying after just a few pages. VERY unreliable! Scanning from the flatbed works fine, but when you have multiple pages to scan into one document it is not feasible! Would not recommend this printer for quality and reliability.

It’s no surprise that you’re profoundly disappointed, considering your scans and copies are missing parts of what you intended to print, and that the feeder stops after a few pages. I want to help you remedy this problem, so I’ll direct you to some appropriate resources and information.
First, I recommend you follow the steps in a guide on our support site to document feeders that pull through too many pages at once or fail to pick up paper at all.
