One of the worst printers I've ever owned

I normally have great luck with HP printers but this one was terrible. The paper tray doesn't stay at the size you've selected. It always goes back to 11x14 setting. The paper is always jamming and you have to completely take apart the printer just to get at the jam. I would not recommend this printer.

I’m actually disappointed that I cannot keep it on 24/7, because the thing wakes me up with loud noises all hours of the day. It’s weird! I haven’t even printed 20 pages, and it acts like it’s printing when sitting idle. This is ridiculous. I have had to turn it off. I’m considering moving it to another room. What is the problem? Why can’t HP fix the weird noises with some sort of firmware update?! Not excited at all!
