I am not technologically savvy, so I have some problems with it, but it's not the copier's fault. It seems to work fine, but I was used to my previous copier that allowed me to copy something that was less than a full sheet, so I could cut out what I copied & did not have to waste a whole page of paper for just a partial page of print. That is something I am not at all happy with because I see unnecessary trees falling in my mind. I had an HP office jet 4600 series before this & I liked it better, but the paper kept getting jammed during the printing process, & it was pretty old, so I decided to get a new one. I wish this new one had the same ability to customize the size of the item I want to print, so I could use partial pieces of paper, but apparently that's not an option anymore. I'm afraid this model is smarter than I am technologically, but not as thrifty. I do like the instant ink feature.

Its great for small volume printing but miss my old HP pro 8600 it was better. I am still getting used to this and figuring out all the quirks.

installation was very difficult. first, the cartridges themselves are difficult to install. you have to break off a hard plastic tab on the side of it. really hurt my fingers. one of the ink cartridges was very difficult to install into the slot. i hope i didnt jam it. then the app install was at a standstill for quite a while. the wifi wouldnt open on its own. the screen stays at the promt to go online. it doesn't tell you YOU HAVE TO BYPASS THAT SCREEN to go into the printer settings to manually connect to the wifi. fortunately i have SOME computer sense and i was able to bypass all of the instructions! i havent even used it yet and im already annoyed with it

Love this printer!! It copies and prints perfectly!! I also bought some glossy picture paper to see what printing off pictures looked like, they turned out beautifully!! Made a picture collage on my wall with the pictures and they were beautiful!! Also the printer is very easy to set up, and for me, it stays connected to Wi-Fi and never disconnects!!

Printer was very easy to set up ( I did computer, iPad & iPhone). The instructions were well written.

The paper tray feels so lightweight ana you can just push it up a bit to add paper like my old HP. Also, when not in use for a few days the printer won’t respond and I have to re-start it.

Its great but doesnt scan to an email. Prints fast.
