Great Value for a powerful little printer and scanner. I use mine for my home office and do a lot more scanning than printing. It is easy and convenient to use and a great value.

Nothing but trouble from day one. Easy to set up, difficult to use. Never count on what pages it will print, seems to forget it can print color, takes a long time to shut down and now it says there's a paper jam with no paper in sight. It NEVER worked right. My son said they had the same printer at work with the same problems, should have returned it immediately.

Installation and setup was quick and easy. I'm thrilled to be able to print in living color once again!

I really like this printer. I purchased a different one in November and I did not like it at all. It seemed to be a toy! Now I went back to HP and I am very satisfied!!

Good functionalities. More limbal to that of previous model. The overall quality felt not as good as that of previous model.

Does what it promises: crisp print at a decent speed. Haven't used long enough to gauge economics of HP's Instant Ink program, but it certainly is convenient to have ink arrive ahead of when needed with no emergency trips to the store to buy more. Please note that I print graphics and photos sparingly, so I can't address color accuracy or ink usage for these applications.

This is my first HP wireless printer and so far it is Great for what I need and is working Excellent. It is very quiet and easy to use and install. I wouldn't change anything about it.

There is nothing to make this printer stand out and HP uses software to prevent you from using third party ink cartridges and HP ink is expensive. Save yourself some money and look at other brands.

This printed is an outstanding addition to my office. Quick printing and scanning features. My favorite is the ability to scan straight to an email. Excellent printing quality.

HP printer are great very easy to setup and printing is very clear, ink doesn't dry if printer is been off for a while

I have a home with many devices attempting to connect to this printer. HP Smart is the bane of my existence. I purchased this printer to replace an Officejet 8610 that lasted over 10 years. HP Smart requires copious amounts of personal information to set up, asks that you make an account and provide a phone number in order to simply scan a document using the feed tray, and obscures the ability to withhold personal information. HP has always been a bit of a shady company, but the fact that I must provide you with my full name, email, and phone number is just atrocious. HP doesn't make money off of their products, they make it by selling your information. Similar practices can be found on their laptops which I'd review into the ground if I had ever purchased one. After over a week of troubleshooting with HP support I've still only managed to get one device set up through HP smart, and I have a strong background in consumer IT. Buy an epson or something that isn't HP.

I replaced an OLD HP printer. so old that it's software was no longer supported. I LOVE this new printer. fast, quiet, prints on both sides. very cool!!!

Compared to my old 8600 series which is no longer available, this new printer is chintzy in construction. It does produce a decent copy quickly, but I don't like the location (left side) of the menu window nor its touchiness. For my home use, it will suffice, but it doesn't thrill me like the older and superior model.

I've had this over a year now. For someone who doesn't print very much it sure likes to go through ink quickly. I am using it wired. Print quality is good and the ability to scan items is a benefit that is very handy when needed. Be prepared to wait for your output as the device preps itself if not used in the past xx days. I'd still buy it again knowing all of this because it does what it does very well.
