The Withings BPM Connect automatic blood pressure monitor comes boxed with a usb charging cable and an instruction manual. The manual simply directs you to get the app for your phone. After installation you simply power on the BPM Connect and then within the app you select the BPM from the list of devices. The app quickly detected the BPM and then you pair it with your phone. You’re next prompted to sign up for an account. Here you need to provide your name, sex, and birthdate, your height, and your weight. After connecting the BPM Connect to wifi and I was prompted that there was a device update. Upon completion the device restarted and setup was complete. This process was extremely simple using the very nice Withings app. The BPM Connect looks cool and has a quality feel to it. I do wish a carry case had been provided. I wanted to try it out so I slipped the cuff on my arm. You should have the tube part on the inner side of your arm and the BPM should be at heart level. With it powered on you just press the button again to start a blood pressure reading. The results appear on the device and are instantly synced with the app. The BPM also has a color light which indicates if your results are good with green or yellow or red for higher blood pressure readings. The app tracks and records your readings each time you use the BPM Connect. This is super convenient to share results with your doctor. In an effort to check the Withings BPM Connect accuracy I took it along to a recent doctor appointment. After having my blood pressure taken by the nurse with their fancy machine I took my own reading with the BPM Connect. While the reading wasn’t of course identical it was very close to the nurses. I was pleased to see that it is accurate. Very nice blood pressure monitor. Highly recommended.

Pressure constantly higher than MDs office and less expensive home monitoring

Could not get the app to recognize the device even though it was connected to Bluetooth. Then it had to be charged but would not charge. Therefore it was returned to Best Buy. Not a product I would recommend.

Go for the Omron... this one looks nice but is not accurate

Not accurate I nearly had a heart attack due to the inaccurate results that scared my wife and I. Normally I am a fan of Withings but no more..

The unit I received didn't work correctly for anyone in our house. Returned immediately. Nice app though!

I like that there is no cords. However, I think it reads a bit high, not much. I compare it to my Omron

Keeps showing 205 error 9 out of 10 times. I also think it shows much higher BP. I don't know how good the accuracy is.???

We was very unhappy with this product. It was hard to figure out to calibrate. We had to take it back.

Inaccurate and higher readings than physician office

Nit a good unit it is so different every time u do it and my grandmother has 3 of them and this one is way off not goo at all

Wasted my money. Readings are always too high compared to the doctor's office and other monitors.

I have occasional bouts of high blood pressure and the wi things bp monitor is excellent! First, it was easy to set up on my smart phone. I downloaded the program. After you bluetooth connect the bp cuff with your phone during setup, you will probably have an update to the software. I had to disconnect and reconnect to do this, but it did not take long. The cuff itself is very comforable and rolls up into a small size. There are no wires connecting it to a box, so it's not going to get tangled. I really liked that feature as it would be easy to carry in a suitcase or messenger bag. I also found that hitting the button three times is necessary to get it to inflate and take the pressure reading. Aesthetically, the fabric is very nice and would be easy to spot clean if necessary. The display is suprising because it is lighted dots behind the plastic outer cover. Kind of like a movie marquee with 'running' letters. The only drawback is that the blood pressure cuff is 'assigned' to one person. You could definitely use it on several people, but it would show on the 'owners' record on the smartphone.

The bop cuff when in use is too tight on arm. I would return it but I discarded the original box. Not happy with unit.

Could not get a consistent reading. Do not trust. Difficult to use.

The device does not work correctly. Would not buy again

I think i just got a bad one it would not charge at all , returned it to store
