Bought this for my wife. So far, she loves it. There is a lot to learn with chromebooks but it does seem to work very well.

i bought this chromebook due to an increase in storage capacity. but i haven't used it other than it being able to use as a tablet, which i haven't done yet, i haven't noticed anything that makes it easier to use. i do like the lighted keys. i still have problems with an additional screen showing up when i haven't requested it. i find it difficult sometimes to move from one window to an incognito window or any other window that i have opened. the keypad can be too sensitive bringing up things i haven't requested.

Awesome Chromebook! The screen is great. Only minor thing is that the fan can sometimes be a little noisy but it isn't a bother.

The unit itself is fine, my issue is w/ the Chromebook OS. Setting up printers can be a pain, especially when the printer is not a newer cloud-ready model. We have a Brother HL-2270DW and could not get it installed. I did a lot of research on Google and found where someone got it working but, in essence, they had to use a different driver as the Brother models shown in Chromebook printer setup was not that one. Had to use HL-2170 driver and it worked when specifying by IP address. All-in-all, unit is good. No fault on HPs part w/ the OS.
