    Love the computer, LOATHE Best Buy. First they sent me an damaged computer that they couldn't fix, then they sent me a computer that was still logged in and locked as guest (I bought open-box and they sent a display computer which they apparently have a policy against?) and that took 48 hours to fix. Now, a month later, have returned my trade-in with no explanation or communication. I do not suggest buying from this company.

    Well, it was not for me, it was a gift for may daughter so I cannot speak to it first hand. However, she LOVES it and is always on it. It is a bit expensive, but the value is good because you do not need as many add additional items for it and will last longer (my other daughter has an 2 year old MacBook and not close to obsolete. I have had inexpensive PC laptops that were done after the same amount of time.)

    If this is your first Macbook or your 100th, you know youre getting a quality product. Build quality is great, ease of use and setup was a breeze. Typical Apple product just working as it should.
