    The product is fine. However, all the instructions left for the tech to set up the laptop were ignored. The geek squad did not listen, nor was it set up per our instructions. The incorrect owner and icloud information was installed. When we picked it up the tech stated it would be another 1 to 2 weeks to correct. This is the last time we will utilize the geek squad. And it may be the last time we utilize Best Buy.
