I’ve had a Mac Book before and I love them. I’m technically challenged and this was so easy to set up

I bought this MacBook as an “open box-excellent condition” purchase. The MacBook was perfect. Accessories were supposed to be included but they were not.

Love it. I even bought a case to go with it from Best Buy. The laptop comes with the charger and two apple stickers that’s all . You might get a free anti virus protection with purchase.

Bought on sale for $750. For that price it is a good deal.

I do love my new Air, but I had an old Air and converted to Mac years ago as Microsoft lost their way around 2007. Honestly, the guy that helped me with the sale was the real star!

Originally purchased the MacBook Air that still held the intel processors but due to a hardware issue had to return and this was the only one available for replacement. My mother loves it.

Apple laptops are truly the best products, especially since they have switched to M processors.

Good product but I bought a security system and no one explained it to me. I suspect I am responsible to look this program up on line myself but I think a brief explanation would have been nice, considering the amount of money I spent for the computer and the various other expenses, like Geek Squad. The Person helping me was abrupt and not communicative. I should have asked for another person to help me.

Great computer!!! It can connect with my phone and transfer information between the two!!

Other than learning and getting used to the system after using a Windows laptop all my life, The trackpad that everybody raves about sucks and this is why. When scrolling by swiping 2 fingers, sometimes a swipe does not make it scroll. I have tried online suggestions, Apple reset it and it still does it. Also, I have tried 2 different demos at 2 different Best Buy stores and they did it too. It has happened on different sites. Netflix being one of them when scrolling down through the offerings. I am very disappointed, I don't mind having to learn the system and have to do extra things to get some things to work with other things but I find this unacceptable. Unfortunately, I am beyond the return date. Frustrating when everybody talks about how well everything works on a Mac compared to a Windows PC, my 9 year old laptop scrolls better than this one.

We purchased MacBooks for the youth in our Nonprofit organization. Most of the enrollees have never used an Apple product before-the excitement upon their faces was everything:)

I am happy enough with the laptop since I only use it for e-mails and letters. It took a little while to get use to the different format versus my old laptop which I had for years.
