Great vacuum. Very versatile!Works great on high pile carpet.

I would’ve given this a five, but it is a little noisy! It really really works well though

T:his is easily the best vacuum I've ever owned and I've owned a LOT of them. My wife and I are kind of clean freaks and the suction on this vacuum is second to none. You can really see this in the rotating pet brush attachment. Also, because my wife has long black hair and one of our cats is also long hair, not having to worry about the hair wrapping around the brushes is a great feature. I like how easily you can switch from bare floors, to low pile/rug to shag carpeting. That has been a shortcoming in some of the other vacuums we've tried. I would highly recommend this vacuum, especially if you have pets.

This replaced an older Shark and the differences are fantastic! Easy to maneuver, switches easily from different carpet piles to hard floor. The dust cup is big and I can vacuum longer before emptying it. Excellent suction and the power fin brushrolls work well on deeper pile rugs. The washable components are easily removed for cleaning and the powered lift away is great for vacuuming steps. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Worth the money! I had to replace another name-brand vacuum. We have two large dogs, and the dog hair was getting out of control with my old vacuum. The suction of my new Shark - Vertex DuoClean with Powered Lift-Away is outstanding and does a great job of getting the dog hair that accumulates in the corners!

I use these Shark vacuums for my cleaning business because they are durable, parts are replaceable and they have the added feature of being a lift-away that will get under most furniture. My employees love that they don't have to vacuum multiple times to get pet hair out of carpet because the suction is so powerful.

I have to admit i was a little scheptical at first. But after using this vaccume i must say it is worth the money. I have two dogs ones an australlian shephard the other a pit terrier mix, so cleaning up after them is a constant battle. The old vaccume couldnt keep up, this one is awesome and my house never looked cleaner.

I’ve had this vacuum for over a year and it’s still works great! I have 2 dogs (one long-haired) that sheds a LOT, but the vacuum is still as good today as it was the day I got it! Easy to maneuver in and out of small places.

Does a good job on all surfaces, easy to dump dirt and debris, long cord reaches most areas in our apartment, Heavy enough to deep clean carpet and rugs with 3 depth settings.

We have a German Shepherd that sheds quite a bit, even with regular brushing. He lives in the master bedroom with medium-pile carpeting. Using the same exact number of "cleaning passes" as our older Shark Uprights, this Vertex Duo Clean picks up about 2x more dog hair, dander and dirt. This is proof-positive that this newest model really does have much greater suction / cleaning power!

It certainly does suck. No thats not a bad thing. I was waiting to see if it got clogged, and it doesn't, i live with long haired shedding dogs and females with super long hair and this thing just rocks. Felt flimsy on install but does everything it says it does. I havent had to service the rollers or anything as of yet.

Great vacuum, Easy to use and clean. Love the way it processes the hair inside the unit making it easy to clean even with two people in the family with super long hair. No more hard to clean brush rollers

We purchased this vacuum for our apartment that has carpet and tiled flooring. We were looking for something reliable and high quality and this was definitely it! Very impressed with this vacuum! Exceeded our expectations.

Replacement for our older one, that finally died. We went back for the same model because of its ease of use and reliability.

Initially impressed with its amazing suction, but disappointed when the front roller stopped working after just three years of use. Not very durable in the long run.

This is the best vacuum cleaner ever! I also got a an excellent deal from Best Buy. Extremely happy with it and the fast delivery.
