Sucks up everything! A little heavy and cumbersome but the rotating head makes it easier to move around.

This vacuum is really powerful. Easy to drag on the carpet and floor with handy extra attachment tools. Really recommended.

This vacuum cleaner really is the most versatile and best vacuum I've ever owned. I've owned many Dyson and other sharks in the past but none have the versatility of this one. buy it!

I love this vacuum. The power and suction is unbelievable . Every time I finish cleaning I'm amazed just how much this picks up compared to my old vacuum. the self-cleaning brush roll is really a necessity in my house and I love that the powered lift away allows me to easily reach under furniture I previously could not. I did a lot of research before I purchased this one and I'm so glad I did. The only flaw that I have found is like many other vacuums I looked at, there is not enough space on the device to store all 3 attachments. Seriously don't get why that is??? However this one minor omission should not deter you from buying the Shark Vertex.

These vacuums are incredible. They do the job across all floor types. But they are plastic. That goes with pretty much anything you buy these days. We are a daily vacuum home. Worth the buy but get the warranty

This self propelling bagless vacuum is amazing. The suction is powerful and its so easy to use.

Edit: after 2 months it won’t turn on. Thank GOD I have the total tech membership. 10/10 love this vacuum. It has great suction and I love that it comes apart to fit under my bed.

The good: This vacuum is very powerful, easy to use, picks up more pet hair than you knew you had and it cleans right up to the wall. The bad: my front soft roller stopped working after only seven months and that is NOT covered by the factory warranty for some reason. The floor nozzle is not made to be serviced either. You have to buy a whole new floor nozzle from Shark to resolve this problem. Considering the price of this model this is simply bad business. This model was the best vacuum I’ve used, but my next vacuum will be a different brand due to this issue.

I've had my newest Shark vacuum for approximately 3 months, and I have not been disappointed yet. This machine gets well-used with three 80+ pound dogs and a cat in my household. I am continuously impressed and, at the same time, disgusted with how much fur this vacuum picks up. This is my third Shark vacuum and aside from a few minor, albeit annoying changes, I would wholeheartedly recommend this vacuum despite the hefty price tag.

I love the vacuum, however one of the parts were cracked upon delivery. I did not notice until 2 days outside of the BestBuy return window. Unfortunately BestBuy refuses to help anyone after the window (2 weeks) , I am sure this comment wont help with the chance of winning a $400 coupon but wanted to share some valuable feedback That being said Shark has 90 day and 2 year warrantee on the item. Shark sent me a new part !!! Id buy directly from the supplier!!

It moves really well, however, it almost has too good of suction on small area rugs and pulls them up. It's great on hard wood floors and tile and carpets that don't move, though. The one downfall is the wand doesn't have a light on it like my former vacuum did. Other than that, I love it!

I had been looking for a vacuum with a strong suction and found it in this one. It’s a little heavy but nothing too bad. Leaves carpets looking so clean!

I have never spent this much on a vacuum. I never anticipated spending this much. I had a hoover windtunnel that worked fine for several years. It wasn't awesome, but worked. Until it died, and it was a little switch that went out, I troubleshooted it and the repair + parts would be more than it was worth. Long Story Short.... i decided to look at Consumer Reports and reviews online and this is TOTALLY worth the extra money. It is such a huge difference of what it pulls out of the carpet. The enclosed system is amazing, as it doesn't smell like you're vacuuming - it traps dust and dander and it's great!

Better than Dyson we had previously! We have a German shepherd and the amount of dust and hair this vacuum pick us up it’s amazing!
